Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Daya4D ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the Daya4D website located at https://daya4d.lat and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing or using the Daya4D platform — including by registering an account, placing a wager, or accepting a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Daya4D platform.

Daya4D operates under international online gaming licensing. The Platform does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any domestic Malaysian gambling licence. Players based in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with Daya4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement applies regardless of any lower legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You are opening the account for your personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a Daya4D employee or affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from Daya4D or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in any capacity as an agent for another person with respect to any wager or account activity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States of America.
• You are not diagnosed with, or currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder unless you have lifted a self-exclusion in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.

Daya4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

To register an account on Daya4D, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• Full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A working email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number or international equivalent.
• Your chosen username and a secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Daya4D Platform. Creating, operating, or facilitating the creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts, and all accounts associated with them, are subject to immediate suspension. Balances in duplicate accounts, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, will be forfeited.

4.3 KYC Verification

Daya4D applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• A photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., front of ATM card, screenshot of e-wallet profile).
• A selfie or video verification for identity matching purposes.

Daya4D reserves the right to request enhanced documentation at its sole discretion, including for high-value accounts or accounts flagged during internal review processes. All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

By using the Daya4D Platform, you agree to the following terms governing your conduct and use of the services provided:

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security codes with any other person. Daya4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where such unauthorised use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

5.2 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided to Daya4D — including registration details, identity documents, payment information, and correspondence — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Providing false or inaccurate information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Personal Use Only

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and recreational use. Use of the Platform for commercial gain, business operation, software testing, or systematic exploitation of bonus programs is prohibited.

5.4 Technical Use

• You must not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's servers, networks, or databases.
• You must not use bots, automated software, scripts, or any tools to interact with the Platform other than the official interface provided.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• You must not use VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your identity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Daya4D accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow transfer, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

6.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from accounts or wallets that are registered in your legal name and match the identity information on your Daya4D account. Third-party payments — where the remitting account holder is a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Funds received from third-party sources will be held pending investigation and may be returned or forfeited at Daya4D's discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed after successful completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX transfers: 5–15 minutes after approval.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): within 15–30 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions.
• Bank transfers (non-FPX): up to 1 business day.

Daya4D reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed during verification procedures without prejudice to the player's right to receive verified funds.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and per-period basis. These limits are displayed in your account settings and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on VIP tier, KYC status, or risk classification. Limits are subject to change with reasonable notice to affected players.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives offered by Daya4D are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to accounts in accordance with the eligibility requirements stated per promotion.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified expiry window. Unused bonus balances at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet while playing with active bonus funds is stated per promotion, typically between MYR 10 and MYR 25 per spin or hand. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution percentages vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%–20%, live dealer games may be excluded. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Sticky bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings derived from sticky bonus play are withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum cash-out limits apply to certain free bet and deposit bonus promotions. Winnings exceeding the stated cap are not transferable to withdrawable balance.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Daya4D actively monitors accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting patterns, exploitation of wagering loopholes, coordinated play with other accounts to fulfil wagering requirements, and abnormal win rates during bonus periods. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all game categories on the Daya4D Platform, including slots, live dealer games, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, NBA, and other markets), lottery games, poker, and instant games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Daya4D does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or void a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Daya4D will investigate the incident. The resolution — which may include game round cancellation and stake refund — is at Daya4D's sole discretion based on available system logs.
• For sports betting markets, Daya4D reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with the specific Sport Betting Rules applicable to each sport and competition, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game type and market. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• All game outcomes governed by RNG are determined by independently certified algorithms. Results cannot be influenced by the Platform, the player, or any third party.
• Daya4D is not liable for player decisions made based on misunderstanding of game rules, odds presentation, or bonus terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Daya4D Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or facilitating the operation of more than one account.
• Using another person's account credentials or payment details with or without that person's consent.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any artificial assistance to interact with or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games (e.g., poker) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of unlawful origin through the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment reversals following legitimate transactions.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Daya4D staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Systematically exploiting bonus programs in a manner inconsistent with their intended recreational use.
• Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which wagers are offered, including match-fixing or insider information trading.

Account Suspension & Closure

Daya4D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns are detected.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling programme.
• An account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Daya4D is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• Daya4D, in its reasonable judgement, considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified player funds (excluding forfeited bonus balances) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daya4D, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if Daya4D has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, Daya4D accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical fault, or third-party service disruption.
• Loss of data, access credentials, or account balance due to circumstances beyond Daya4D's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision by a player to gamble while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the Platform without independent verification.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Daya4D's total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Daya4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and design elements — is the property of Daya4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Use Daya4D's brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and will be subject to legal action.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Daya4D Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in connection with your account and Platform activities.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. You may access the full Privacy Policy at any time at /privacy-policy.

In summary, Daya4D collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud and AML screening, payment processing, customer support, and Platform improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. All data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Daya4D's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such arbitration proceedings and waive any right to jury trial.

Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

Daya4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or Platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or are minor editorial corrections.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.
